4.  PRODUCT USE & LIMITATIONS

All products listed on our website are for personal use only. Re-sale or commercial use without written permission from Perfume Paradise is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action in such cases.

Our perfumes contain natural extracts, and we strongly advise customers to perform a patch test before use. Perfume Paradise shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

5.  PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES

6.  SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

7.  RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

• The item is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect
• Claims are made within 24–48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video, clear images, and original packaging are provided

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 15 working days and exclude delivery charges.

8.  CANCELLATION

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• A 5% payment gateway fee will be deducted for prepaid cancellations.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. A ₹100 deduction will apply for prepaid orders returned post-shipment.

9.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Highborn Perfumes shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
• Delays caused by courier partners or third-party service providers
• Personal reactions due to ingredients (patch test recommended)

10.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Perfume Paradise website—including text, logos, images, product descriptions, and videos—is the intellectual property of Perfume Paradise. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to take legal action against any infringement.

11.  PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or hacking attempt
• Post defamatory, obscene, threatening, or unlawful content

12.  DISPUTE RESOLUTION
