Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India via courier services.

Orders are delivered across India within 3 to 7 business days.

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable to sign, please ensure an

alternative person—such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor—is available to receive and sign for the package on your behalf.

Perfume Paradise is not responsible for goods signed for by any alternate person at the delivery address.

We are also not liable for any damage to the goods after successful delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the product type, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations.

These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout, and customers will be informed of the final amount before making a payment.

An additional fee applies for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Please note:

Any items that are returned after being paid for via COD—without a valid reason—will result in a
