Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be reused or resold, and therefore are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

In case you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, you must contact our customer care

within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Returns will only be considered in extreme and verified cases of:

  • Product damage during transit (leakage or breakage)
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect product received

Such cases are subject to verification by our team. If approved, we may initiate a refund or exchange. Proof in the form of clear images, an unboxing video, and the original packaging is mandatory for initiating any claim.

Note: Damages resulting from negligence, improper usage, incorrect storage, or allergic/sensitive reactions to ingredients are not covered under this policy. All our products contain active natural extracts, and we strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full application.

Refund Policy:

Perfume Paradise does not accept refund requests without complete and valid proof. Claims without an unboxing video and images showing the issue clearly along with the original packaging will not be entertained.
