If approved, we may initiate a refund or exchange. <strong>Proof in the form of clear images, an unboxing video, and the original packaging is mandatory <\/strong>for initiating any claim.<\/p><p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Damages resulting from negligence, improper usage, incorrect storage, or allergic\/sensitive reactions to ingredients are <strong>not covered under this policy<\/strong>. All our products contain active natural extracts, and we strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full application.<\/p><h5>Refund Policy:<\/h5><p>Perfume Paradise does not accept refund requests <strong>without complete and valid proof<\/strong>. No claims will be accepted <strong>after this period<\/strong>. Please note:<\/p><ul><li>Shipping charges are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Cash on Delivery (COD) <\/strong>refunds will be processed to the customer&#8217;s bank account within <strong>7- 15 working days <\/strong>after claim approval.<\/li><li>Refunds, if approved, may take <strong>up to 15 business days <\/strong>from the date of<\/li><li>You will be provided with a <strong>transaction ID and confirmation <\/strong>once the refund has been<\/li><\/ul><h5>Cancellation Policy:<\/h5><p>Orders can only be cancelled <strong>before dispatch <\/strong>from our warehouse.<\/p><ul><li>A <strong>gateway charge of 5% <\/strong>will be deducted for cancellations of prepaid orders.<\/li><li>Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within <strong>15 days <\/strong>of cancellation approval.<\/li><\/ul><h5>\u00b7Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.<\/h5><ul><li>If a <strong>shipped prepaid order is returned by the customer<\/strong>, a fee of <strong>\u20b9100 <\/strong>will be deducted before processing the refund.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Import Note<\/h5><p>Perfume Paradise reserves the right to <strong>decline any return, refund, or cancellation request <\/strong>if the customer fails to provide <strong>sufficient proof or submits false claims<\/strong>.
